By chance?

Check this out

Not only is this one of my favourite songs (Viva La Vida by Coldplay) , it so happened I have the fancy for Asian chicks with talents and a sweet voice :-p

Anyway, I came across her YouTube video while browsing through looking for Coldplay's version. Is this fate? I don't know. I'm just off from very very long relationship and my favourite song at this moment is My Chemical Romance's I Don't Love You

This song is such a part of me now that I really wonder how long it would take me to get over whatever that I'm feeling now....

Nevertheless, with someone as sweet as Jennifer D. Choy, LoL... I guess it is fate tonight that I could be cheered up :-)

I always love a woman that could play the guitar and it is a definite bonus that she could sing with such a sweet voice. Coupled that with her aspiration to be in the automative industry, I really really could not have come across a better someone as a candidate that I COULD DREAM ON! Ha ha ha!

Palm Pre.... Could it be the iPhone Killer?

Wow! I'm so excited hearing the impending launch of a new product from PALM. Finally.. they managed to get something right. From a company that excel in innovation for mobile devices long long time ago (remember Palm Pilot and also the release of future sexier version by Sony) to a company that nobody cares about (or even heard of for the newer generations), they have finally gotten it RIGHT! Behold... PALM PRE

From my first impression from this YouTube video demoing the much publicized Palm webOS, I believe this product launch, if available for public purchase @ the right time, will definitely sway the market in favour of something not so rigid in terms of functionality (ie. iPhone infamous lacks of MMS, SMS Forwarding and Copy & Paste functions). Below are the Palm Pre & Palm webOS recently @ CES 2009.

Features wise, a recap :-)
  1. Full 3G phone with built-in GPS
  2. Display 3.1-inch touch screen with a vibrant 24-bit color 320x480 resolution
  3. Keyboard Physical QWERTY keyboard
  4. Microsoft Outlook® email with Microsoft® Direct Push TechnologyPOP3/IMAP (Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc).
  5. Messaging Integrated IM, SMS, and MMS
  6. Digital camera 3 megapixel camera with LED flash and extended depth of field
  7. Ambient light, accelerometer, and proximity sensors
  8. Audio Formats: MP3, AAC, AAC+, AMR, QCELP, WAV
  9. Video Formats: MPEG-4, H.263, H.264

Palm have certainly comes a long way since the days of Palm OS. Let's hope that this for once, will really be a TRUE contender in the Smartphone OS arena with the likes such as Google's Android and the leader of the pack, Apple's iPhone OS.
